Listed below are specific goals I have that will determine my fitness level.
These will be updated as I progress. I have never had to do this level of conscious fitness so I’m not sure how I’ll go. Things may come easier or they may come harder.
Weight Goal – 76kgs (this is on Doctor’s advice)
When: May 31 2008
Run Goal – 4km run = 18 minutes
When: 31 August 2008
Swim Goal – 1km
When: August 31 2008
Bike Goal - 10 kms = 20 mins
When: 30 November 2008
Triathlon Goal: under 1 hour (based on doing Swim (400m), Ride (10km) and Run (4km) all at once
When: December 31 2008
Competitive Triathlon: Under 1 hour
When: March 2008
