Glad to see you&#039;re working on your weight, as you know I am on of the worlds larger gentlemen and appreciate the effort it takes just to start losing weight. But I have to say, running is a tough way to build fitness. If you want to do something that delivers increased fitness, burns calories and is all over and done in 45 minutes, and is a lot of fun. Come and join me at an RPM class. I&#039;d be happy to get you a guest pass to my gym and ride with you, let me know.
